Our client in Maynard, MA is seeking an Administrative Support to join their team. Requirements for the Administrative Support:
  • Ability to write concisely, express thoughts clearly and develop ideas in a logical sequence
  • Ability to use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to assist customers of diverse backgrounds and the ability follow guidelines and procedures
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
