Responsibilities for Administrative Support:
  • Answer a multi-line telephone, answering questions and directing calls as needed
  • Greet visitors and sign them in according to security protocol
  • Sort incoming mail and faxes, receiving packages and deliveries
  • Book conference room reservations
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested
Requirements for Administrative Support:
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
