Compensation: Up to $93K

Responsibilities for the Advanced Project Manager:
  • Lead the planning and setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA Clinical Trials/Study management
  • Gather and share customer requirements with our internal teams, making sure that study documentation, reports, and data are properly handled so all customer expectations are met
  • Manage all financial components of your studies, identify and mitigate risks and apply your strong problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of all study-related issues
  • Present study services at Investigator Meetings, and attend bid-defense and other client meetings
  • Help with training new members of the Project Management (PM) team and work on process improvement initiatives

Requirements for the Advanced Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated PM skills, ideally in clinical trials), Telecom or SW Dev.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to take control of project timelines with highly developed project team skills
  • Exceptional client skills
  • Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests        
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
