Responsibilities for the Assistant Account Manager:
  • Support Account Manager through process of building submissions and marketing coverage for each client
  • Participate in client presentation meeting
  • Issuance of all insurance related documentation in a timely accurate organized fashion
  • Set up and maintain online database for each client
  • Obtain and process Finance Agreements
  • Work with carriers and account manager for timely issuance of invoices, policies, endorsements and other policy documentation
  • Day-to-day correspondence with clients on administrative issues relating to their account
  • Assist with office management duties
Requirements for the Assistant Account Manager:
  • Background in insurance preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience with AMS 360 and ImageRight preferred
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Must work towards broker license within 2 years
  • Limited travel may be required
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
