Responsibilities for the Assistant Program Coordinator:
  • Schedule travel arrangements and manage travel expenses
  • Assist with planning and executing alumni events
  • Support outreach of current and prospective stakeholders
  • Coordinate meeting schedules  
  • Provide administrative logistical support for all meetings
  • Manage contract reports, prepare briefings, research bios, draft minutes, and disseminate materials/documents to participants
  • Maintain marketing material deliverable/inventory and maintain promotional item inventory
  • Screen calls and provide technical support for conference calls/videos

Requirements for the Assistant Program Coordinator:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
