Our success and rapid growth has created a new position in our Westborough office for an Associate Staffing Consultant. Responsibilities for the Associate Staffing Consultant include:

  • Responsible for executing search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Proactively research and seek out new sourcing strategies in order to increase candidate pipeline
  • Build relationships with potential candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, calls, social media, and networking
  • Qualify candidates for needed skill set/competencies, availability, interest level, pay range, etc. for current or potential positions
  • Recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop candidates, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals
  • Partner with client account managers on the team to support them with open requisitions. 
  • Continuously maintain a candidate flow within these open requisitions in order to fulfill the needs of the clients

Requirements for KNF&T’ s Associate Staffing Consultant include:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 1+ years of prior sourcing/recruiting experience
  • Will consider candidates with 0-1 years of relevant work experience such as sales, HR, or a customer facing role
  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs, primarily Outlook
  • Experience with an applicant  tracking system (ATS) is preferred
  • Must be technically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
  • Goal-driven and motivated by metrics and set key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to work with a team, while also working independently, is essential
  • Must be able to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
