Our success and rapid growth has created a new position inside KNF&T for an Associate Staffing Consultant in our Boston Temporary Staffing Division. Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive
Sourcing Responsibilities for the Associate Staffing Consultant:
  • Source active candidates from internal and on-line databases, employee referrals, and contact lists
  • Source passive candidates through complex internet searches, cold-calling, networking, and other research
  • Screen resumes and select candidates to be interviewed
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidates for potential hire
  • Schedule interviews with internal consultants (goal of 25 completed interviews per week)
  • Document all interviews and send confirmation emails
  • Attend job fairs as necessary
  • Coordinate internally with various departments regarding incoming candidates

Compliance Responsibilities for the Associate Staffing Consultant:
  • Process all background checks required for placements (excluding CORI)
  • Document and track status of background checks
  • Follow up and track reference status in skill survey including uploading and updating erecruit
  • Ensure completion of and upload of all client specific onboarding
  • Update Program Managers within KNF&T on onboarding status
  • Potential additional responsibilities:
  • Manage ad placement process for Boston Temporary Division including coordinating with Staffing Consultants for which roles to place, ensuring all ad spots are filled and liaison for ads with the marketing department
  • Conduct internal client specific onboarding audit and assist with external audit preparation

Responsibilities for the Associate Staffing Consultant:
  • Bachelor's degree with a record of high academic achievement
  • Minimum one year of prior work experience in a corporate setting required
  • Prior recruiting, research and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
