Compensation: Up to $90K

Responsibilities for the Attorney Recruitment and Development Coordinator:
  • Assist the Manager of Attorney Recruitment & Development with all phases of recruiting and development efforts for new attorneys, lateral hires, transfers, and summer associates
  • Develop relationships with Law Schools, campus placement agencies and recruitment agencies to encourage and maintain valid resources for new and lateral hires
  • Correspond with candidates to schedule interview dates and times and coordinating information for applicants and interviewers
  • Receive and forward resumes for review to appropriate individuals and Recruiting Committee members
  • Update internal local recruiting webpages and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate all logistics in connection with summer program and on campus interviewing including schedule weekly practice group, department overviews, and call back interviews, ect.
  • Serve as administrative support to the Recruiting Committee
  • Maintain recruitment statistics and office status reports
  • Assist local departments and practice groups with various events, receptions, and dinners
  • Provide administrative support for various local committees
  • Process departmental expenses and reimbursements
  • Ensure any training or scheduling conflicts are resolved
  • Administer and track of programs and coordinate with local office departments in the execution of these programs
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of all attorney development, onboarding, training, and integration efforts in the office
  • Generate weekly pace reports for distribution to Office Managing Partner and relevant committees

  Requirements for the Attorney Recruitment and Development Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience in professional recruiting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
