A top investment management firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their team. In this contract role, you will support the efforts of the Global Benefits and Mobility function in delivering services to business managers and employees across the firm. You will manage the overall daily support needs of the Director of Global Benefits and Mobility general support for the team. Responsibilities for the Benefits Specialist:
  • Prepare letters, memos, and presentations
  • Initiate relocation and immigrations services
  • Review, code and process invoices
  • Support and coordination of materials for Committee meetings (cost projections, talent card, etc.)
  • Assist with immigration matters (visas, permanent residency, etc.)
  • Manage data and reports
  • Manage calendars, including coordinating and tracking all scheduling of meetings
  • Provide primary phone coverage with gate-keeping abilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including compiling travel and expense
Requirements for the Benefits Specialist:
  •   0-2 years of general office experience
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Vested or documented interest in Human Resources, Global Mobility, or Benefits
  • Proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
  • Adaptable to new technologies
  • Attention to detail; respect for data integrity
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
