We are seeking a remote recruiter in the Boston area to join our team on a part time basis. You will be working from home about 25-30 hours per week to help us find top talent for our internal teams located in both Boston and Westborough, MA. The ideal person has experience in staffing. You will be helping us find full cycle recruiters and specialty recruiters (such as recruiters for HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).

Work Schedule:
  • Working remotely 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Specific days and hours are flexible and negotiable

Remote Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Be the key resource in hiring candidates for KNF&T’ s internal teams, located in both Boston and Westborough
  • Work with the management team to understand their hiring priorities and identify talent that best matches these needs
  • Source and interview candidates via phone
  • Utilize KNF&T’ s technical resources for hiring, such as Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, and our vast database of existing candidates
  • Work with the management team and administration to schedule interviews at either the Boston or Westborough offices
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs

Remote Recruiter Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship  
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional experience recruiting or staffing
  • Proven track record in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring
  • Great interpersonal, problem solving, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable Internet and power
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Technology savvy with knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of an ATS system or eRecruit is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
