Responsibilities for the Business Immigration Paralegal: 
  • Prepare and delegate H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, EB-1, and all other types of petitions
  • Prepare labor certification cases
  • Prepare and file business and employment-related immigration documentation
  • Provide extensive communication with government agencies and clients
  • Responsible for docketing review and managing expirations
  • Partner with attorneys to improve processes
  • Help train new team members

  Requirements for the Business Immigration Paralegal:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 7+ years of business immigration experience
  • Extensive experience working and dealing with clients
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys and staff
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
