Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative:
  • Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Provide status updates to customers as well as internal team members
  • Perform research on customer issues as needed, including researching transactions, troubleshooting technical errors, and other analysis and research as requested by Management
  • Escalate calls to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Log and track all customer contacts and report daily to Management
Requirements for the Call Center Representative:
  • Experience using a customer service (“ CRM”) or sales database system
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Professional phone demeanor skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with internet based systems
  • Previous Call Center experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish (bi-lingual English and Spanish) is a plus and preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
