Our client in Malden, MA is looking for a Cash Payments Analyst to join their team. In this contract role, you will be processing credit balances, generating billing system adjustments, and requesting re-bills when applicable. Although not required, a knowledge of Meditech is preferred. Apply today!

Compensation: $24/hr

Responsibilities for the Cash Payments Analyst:
  • Process credit balances
  • Identify credit balance requests from paper correspondence, work queues, and relevant reports
  • Generate adjustments in the billing system as necessary
  • Obtain adjustment sign-off according to escalation protocol
  • Request re-bills when applicable
  • Document activity in the billing system

Requirements for the Cash Payments Analyst:
  • Knowledge of Meditech preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
