Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a Client Associate to join their team. As the Client Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts for the financial advisor(s) to which they are assigned. You will directly communicate with clients to service their account requests via phone, email, meetings or other modes of communication, and interacting with the back office to process these requests and other account issues. Compensation: Up to $55K

Responsibilities for the Client Associate:
  • Follow-up on all documentation and processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor(s)
  • Communicate with clients and assist with any requests
  • Monitor moneyline and action items for problems and address as they come up
  • Maintain updated documentation and letters of authorization/ACH forms
  • Use SmartStation for management of client accounts
  • Provide phone call coverage, arrange meetings, create expense reports, run various reports, maintain files, open new accounts, etc.
Requirements for the Client Associate:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • One year of client facing experience
  • Master of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SmartStation preferred
  • Highly professional, detail oriented, communicative and straight forward
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
