Responsibilities for the Client Service Administrator:
  • Prepare, perform quality control, and process custodian forms
  • Prepare client meeting reports and other client meeting related materials
  • Process client cash requests
  • Open new accounts in Tamarac (CRM, Portfolio Accounting System)
  • Update client and account information in Tamarac and at the custodian
  • Prepare and monitor client mass mailings
  • Provide assistance for annual Surprise Security Audit (Custody 206)
  • Input and monitor client data in MoneyGuidePro
  • Work on special projects
  • Provide administrative support to wealth advisors relating to client tasks
Requirements for the Client Service Administrator:
  • Bachelor’ s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services related role preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
