Compensation: Up to $90K + Bonus

Responsibilities for the Client Service Fund Accounting Lead:
  • Manage Client Service Supervisors and oversee the performance of their teams consisting of Client Service Representatives and Senior Client Service Representative
  • Handle day to day aspects of client relationships, perform core product functions as required and collaborate on interdepartmental projects
  • Ensure all client legal, tax and documentation related issues are appropriately documented
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for systems, operations, and risk/control for any client related issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures
  • Collaborate with Client Service Relationship Managers to stay abreast of client goals and identify opportunities to expand client relationships
  • Oversee and ensure training and cross training of employees on relevant job functions to develop breadth and depth of knowledge
  • Participate in interdepartmental and cross Line of business project teams
  • Complete and oversee the completion of the company’ s annual performance review process
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance
  • Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees falling below set expectations
  • Lead and assist in implementing the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions

Requirements for the Client Service Fund Accounting Lead:
  • BA/BS degree in a business-related field, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Fund Accounting, Global Custody, and/or Transfer Agency
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
