Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a new Client Service Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the fund accounting, administration and custody activity for clients, as well as any additional product offerings. Additionally, you will also oversee a client service team, providing strong leadership, effective communication and development opportunities for your team members. Compensation: 90k-115k + Bonus

Responsibilities for the Client Service Manager:
  • Stay abreast of client goals and strategies and identify opportunities to expand client relationships
  • Anticipate and identify clients' needs in order to match the firms products and services to those needs        
  • Employ a consistent approach to capture and support change management based upon client requests
  • Promote a cohesive team atmosphere through exhibiting strong leadership, effective communication,
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for Systems, Operations, and Risk/Control for any client related issues

  Requirements for the Client Service Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least seven years of related industry experience
  • At least four years of prior management experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
