An employee-oriented Boston based law firm is seeking a Communications Manager to join their expanding team. Under limited supervision, this position works closely with the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and is responsible for driving the firm’ s brand and content strategies through various marketing channels.

The Communications Manager is responsible for working with lawyers to develop and implement communications programs in support of the firm’ s business development objectives, as well as collaborating with outside vendors/consultants, and other internal administrators and professional staff. This position requires very strong writing and editing capabilities, media savviness and the ability to work with members of the firm at all levels. Apply today!

Compensation: $90K

Requirements for the Communications Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 5-7+ years of marketing communications experience
  • Law firm or other professional services experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, contact management systems, social media platforms and online search tools
  • Energetic self-starter and team-player with an exemplary client service attitude
  • Ability to exhibit sound judgment, excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Unflappable in handling interpersonal interactions
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work, meet demanding deadlines and display excellent attention to detail while remaining strategic
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
