A Boston based law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their team. Under moderate supervision, the Conflicts Analyst reviews conflicts of interest pertinent to the Firm’ s clients and contributes to the New Business Intake process. Apply today!

Responsibilities for the Conflicts Analyst:
  • Perform full range of conflict check process so to ensure all new and existing clients are vetted for potential conflicts
  • Work closely in the records management database including: inputting and maintaining information in the database
  • Answer conflicts inquiries from internal clients while providing excellent client service
  • Process New Business Intake forms and activate new clients and matters in the database
  • Monitor the progress of the New Business Intake process and responding to issues that may stall the process
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as requested
  • Work proactively with others to support efforts within a department or function of the Firm
  • Organize and prioritize assignments and contribute to the department’ s ability to meet or exceed goals and standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments affecting the area of specialization
  • Use innovative thinking and exercise sound judgment to achieve results
Requirements for the Conflicts Analyst:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of legal related experience, preferably in the conflicts area
  • Ability to maintain departmental and team standards in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent research and analytical skills along with the ability to draft reporting documents to present findings
  • Proficiency in Elite and strong overall technical aptitude and experience including knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
