This contract-to-hire position is responsible for performing specialized operational securities and processing activities to support the firm’ s business lines. Contract pay: $14/hour +overtime
Salary if hired directly: $45K-50K + Bonus 

Responsibilities of the Corporate Actions Analyst:
  • Processing activities such as notification announcement inputs, instruction receipts and authentications, instruction entries, reporting and acknowledgements, and reconciliation
  • Scrubbing announcements from the Market Data Vendors, company information, and Depositories and Agents
  • Inputting information into Corporate Action platform for Income and Mandatory Actions
  • Processing client instructions through manual entry into Corporate Actions platform
  • Identifying complex events and communicating to team members
  • Processing of Class Action suits
  • Preparing agent confirmations through the Corporate Actions platform for communication to clients
  • Written and verbal communication of uninstructed positions to clients on a daily basis
  • Processing of client account profiles requests and entry of payments into Corporate Actions
  • Balancing and reconciling of positions related to corporate action activity
  • Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections
  • Communicating uninstructed positions to clients
  • Participating in client presentations

Requirements of the Corporate Actions Analyst:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
