A reputable medical device company is has a fantastic 12 month contract available for a Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for credentialing activity, including managing incoming requests and processing credentialing documents. Responsibilities for the Sales Support Administrator:
  • Maintain and track incoming credentialing requests via phone and email
  • Coordinate and distribute requests among the credentialing team
  • Send welcome emails to new hires
  • Manage HIPAA training communications
  • Update our credentialing database with HIPAA and other databases
  • Handle Tier 1 credentialing requests (ie. Copy of background verification letters, training letters, etc.)
  • Track requests for updated insurance certificates and send out communication as needed

Requirements for the Sales Support Administrator:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and via telephone
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
