Responsibilities for the Credit Administration Analyst:
  • Prepare loan documentation using LaserPro documentation software
  • Process loan fundings and loan setups
  • Identify and track exceptions to the bank’ s loan policy
  • Responsible for UCC filings and tracking
  • Maintain a commercial loans insurance database
  • Track collateral status and value
  • Archive closed and paid loans
  • Prepare loan maintenance and loan change forms
  • Assist with research and special projects on an as-needed basis
  • Copy, file, provide telephone coverage and perform other general administrative duties
Requirements for the Credit Administration Analyst:
  • 2-4 years’ prior experience within the credit administration unit of a bank
  • Understanding of commercial loan documentation and lending regulations
  • Ability to successfully manage a multitude of tasks, responsibilities and projects on an ongoing basis which can be administrative, quantitative or analytical in nature
  • Technological skills should include proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel in particular) as well as a familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, LaserPro and FISERV
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
