Responsibilities for the Customer Care Representative:
  • Solve customer requests raised through any channel of contact (website, phone, email etc.)
  • Assist with product recommendations and convert questions into sales when possible
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members to service customers
  • Identify and report any potential issues surrounding customer experience or products
Requirements for the Customer Care Representative:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • Curious, excellent relationship builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
  • Willingness and ability to operate within a team
  • Ability to convert inquiries into sales
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
