Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Process orders, invoices, mail and file - QuickBooks
  • Support RA and Complaint Intake Process and Customer Resolution
  • Support the Capital Equipment Service and Repair Flow and Schedule
  • Follow up with facilities to ensure the timely return of service loaners – prepare loaners for transfer to Technical Support Team
  • Sort and file the backup SAP Forms / POs
  • Support phone and SAP orders as needed
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • SAP experience is a must and non-negotiable - 2 years’ experience using this system within the last 12 months
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • QuickBooks experience a must
  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • RA / Complaint Handling Experience preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
