As the This position works under the direction of the Call Center Supervisor. The Call Service Rep is the primary customer service interface for the company and is responsible for all telephone account maintenance. The Call Service Rep determines the accuracy of account information, and ensures all required information is provided for security. This Customer Service Rep also enters information into the company's database, processes payments, and helps customers to understand procedures around payment options and other information.

Hours for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Must be available for rotating Saturdays (usually 1 per month)
  • Mondays -9: 00am-7: 30pm (10hrs);  rest of the week will be 7.5-hours/day
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Answer a high volume of calls
  • Maintain call times
  • Provide customer service
  • Enter and update customer data
  • Establish new accounts, research and submit disputes, process paperwork, some cash handling
  • Participate in the Quality Assurance process: call monitoring and log sheet auditing on a monthly basis
  • Meet weekly call handling standards/metrics
  • File applications and other paperwork as needed

  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
