Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Staff an incoming 800 telephone line
  • Provide informational assistance to customers on digital platform
  • Initiate resolution cases
  • Submit transactions
  • Communicate case results via phone or email, as needed
  • Perform research and provides account information for end clients
  • Liaison between external partners and internal departments and business units for the research and resolution of client issues
  • Work in a team-based environment with shared goals
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
  • 3-5 years of experience, financial background preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
