Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:


  • Collect and record order information from retail customers
  • Resolve customer service issues such as returns, credits, quality concerns, etc.
  • Ensure proper expediting of orders along with timely shipping and billing
  • Develop and enhance customer-specific order procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and accuracy
  • Both internally and externally, ensure timely, accurate, and efficient communication regarding all aspects of client orders
  • Develop and maintain procedures for order accuracy as it relates to all order aspects such as: price, quantity, delivery schedules, and shipping instructions
  • Provide support to aid the Vice President with sales-related decisions

Requirements for the Customer Service Specialist:
  • BS/BA degree, or related fields
  • 5-7 + years of customer service and account management experience
  • 3-4 years administrative experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point and hands-on experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience working in teams (internal/external collaboration) and implementing key initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understands the operations of a fast-paced, high-volume business
  • Business focused on quality customer service
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
