Responsibilities for the Customer Support Specialist: 
  • Triage all incoming authorizations of service-plan requests
  • Coordinate and monitor authorizations
  • Identify and direct clients to the most appropriate, cost effective service
  • Process requests for authorization

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience
  • Ability to respond quickly and proactively to customer queries
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to adapt to varied situation and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
