A top university in Boston, MA is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for adding, updating and correcting all biographical data and event registration information in the company’ s Advance Database system.   You will also manage data utilizing department integrity reports to record data based on business rules for reporting. Requirements for the Data Entry Clerk:
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in an office related setting, processing, interpreting and analyzing data
  • Must have experience juggling and prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Must have some experience working with databases and entering data
  • High School or GED
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Some experience working with databases
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
