Compensation: $24/hr

Responsibilities for the Development Associate:
  • Manage proper donor gift processing
  • Conduct monthly processing and data maintenance in Allegiance
  • Report on campaign and annual fund progress on weekly basis
  • Run weekly reports on gifts and weekly report on overall progress year-to-date
  • Prepare and process monthly renewal solicitations
  • Prepare campaign and annual pledge reminders on a monthly basis
  • Prepare events, email and donor communication lists on weekly/as-needed basis
  • with projects as needed
  • Assist with mailings to major donors

  Requirements for the Development Associate:
  • Database and/or research experience is a plus
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship                     

Contract Employee Benefits:
