KNF&T Staffing Resources is looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on Legal Recruiting to join our team. In this position, you will be working with candidates through all phases of the recruiting lifecycle. The day-to-day role of the Senior Recruiter  is to act independently, exercise sound judgment and discretion with skilled candidates, and effectively source, interview, and match candidates to current and future job requirements. This role requires the ability to actively listen to candidates in order to effectively manage their career search. The Senior  Recruiter  is also responsible for business development, building productive relationships with client companies, and working with our co-workers to find the right fit.

Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive
  Responsibilities for the  Senior Recruiter, Legal:
  • Source, interview, and match candidateswith the right jobs
  • Facilitate the interview process with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate fee structure, terms and conditions for search engagements
  • Identify and research potential client companies
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers

Requirements for the  Senior Recruiter, Legal:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • Sales or marketing background
  • Prior direct hire or recruiting experience preferred
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment and able to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
