As the Product Marketing Director, you will collaborate directly with senior business leaders, including partners within the CMO organization, to develop, own and drive go-to market strategies for key initiatives in support of the corporate strategy.

Responsibilities for the Product Marketing Director:
  • Provide marketing thought leadership and translate client objectives into successful go-to-market campaigns
  • Drive research-based, market-specific strategies that leverage the unique characteristics of each segment
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent and coordinated marketing campaigns
  • Support the product development process - understand trends shaping the healthcare industry, regulatory landscape and consumer preferences
  • Develop product launch strategies that lead to measurable results
  • Develop, own and lead the execution of consumer and employer-focused, multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging vehicles that are best suited for the audience
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new consumer engagement tools, partnering with Digital Marketing to develop online campaigns that target specific demographics and market segments
  • Allocate, utilize and track marketing spend and optimizing allocated budget based on results and prioritized needs of the company and the business unit this role supports
  • Lead and develop a team of seasoned marketing managers
Requirements for the Product Marketing Director:
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in B2B and consumer marketing
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Health care experience preferred but not required
  • Experience leveraging customer research to derive segment insights
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and key success metrics
  • Ability to work within a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong data management and analytics skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills to prioritize and manage needs of stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead, manage and drive organizational change
  • Relevant graduate degree and/or professional credential preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
