We are seeking to add a Division Director to our Accounting and Finance Staffing Division. As a manager, you will report directly to the CEO and are responsible for the overall success of the division. Responsibilities:
  • As a Manager, you will report directly to the CEO
  • Responsible for sourcing, hiring, and training Accounting Staffing Consultants for the temp/contract division at KNF&T Staffing Resources
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the division, including ongoing sales training and follow-up, assisting with matching candidates, closing strategy, salary negotiation, fall offs, and teaching sales strategies and organizational tools to ensure success for up to seven consultants
  • Supervising adherence to operations including ensuring appropriate data entry in our database (eRecruit), maintenance of the database, and following all policies
  • Some responsibility for sourcing and staffing candidates directly
  • Client management
  • Fostering team building activities, including organizing motivational contests
  • Supervising appropriate preparation of paperwork for drafting of invoices, negotiation of extended client fee arrangements
  • Managing escalated client and candidate issues
  • Oversight of compliance and audit completion
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings with the team to discuss placement strategy, open requisitions, and priority clients
  • Setting weekly and monthly goals aligned with Manager's overall goal plan
  • Ensuring direct reports meet their goals weekly, monthly, and annually;  providing strategies and support to help them reach these goals
  • Responsible for coverage of the division and overseeing the team’ s vacation planning in-line with sales objectives
  • Responsible for assessing consultants productivity, commitment, and development
  • Responsible for some business development and expansion of existing and new accounts, utilizing hot lead program
  • Ensuring quality service for existing accounts
  • Overseeing personnel issues, providing constructive training and implementing KNF&T’ s supportive coaching plans when necessary
  • Developing a client marketing and candidate recruitment plan for managed consultants
  • Preparation for monthly management meetings to include compiling and interpreting statistics on sales, job placement rations and fall off ratios
  • Achievement of agreed upon division sales goals

Requirememts:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Experience with staffing management
  • Flexible with related supervisory and management experience
  • Smart, outgoing, polished individual who is a motivated self-starter with proven sales management results
  • 4-6 years of management experience
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with eRecruit a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
