Responsibilities for the Document Administrator:
  • Scan, name and locate all product support documentation to the appropriate server and folder with our computer system
  • Review, name and move all scanned documents from other company locations as required to the appropriate server and folder
  • Generate and supply certifications upon request from other company locations
  • Interact with other departments and employees within the company as necessary
  • Maintain hard copy files
Requirements for the Document Administrator:
  • Extremely computer literate and able to utilize document folders within Windows
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
