Our client in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Commercial Lending Division (CRE and Corporate Banking) as it relates to project and initiative management and business line coordination and communication. The position will cover responsibilities for Corporate Banking SVP/Business Line Manager, SVP Head of Commercial Real Estate, and EVP Chief Lending Officer. Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
  • Manage the Heads of Commercial Lending’ s schedule and workload adequately; prepare them for their meetings
  • Serve as point of contact for all departments regarding questions, scheduling and projects for the Commercial Lending department
  • Assist in the project management process related to bank-wide projects that impact the respective business unit and manage key Commercial projects as assigned
  • Serve as the CRM System Administrator
  • Serve as the key communication liaison between the groups as well as the other departments to keep communication between all parties fluid and collaborative
  • Maintain and gather data input for production and updates of several Commercial Loan Dashboard reports, and distribute reports as directed to appropriate Division and Executive managers
  • Lead the event planning and execution process for all Commercial Lending events by determining objective of event, agenda, participants and location
  • Assist and support SVP/BLM’ s in the creation/production/updating of Strategic Planning supporting materials, tracking progress of Strategic Plan goals and objectives as required
  • Manage and lead the new hire on-boarding program for Commercial Lending
  • Process expense reports for the SVP’ s of Commercial Lending monthly and coordinate the Yearly Budget process with Accounting and Management for Departments
  • Complete various office support and administrative duties

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • High school education, plus post-secondary education, or 3-5 years’ banking experience
  • Proven administration skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
