Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
  • Manage the executive's schedules and workload adequately; prepare them for their meetings
  • Serve as point of contact for all departments regarding questions, scheduling, and projects for the Commercial Lending department
  • Assist in the project management process related to bank-wide projects that impact the respective business unit and manage key Commercial projects as assigned
  • Serve as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Administrator
  • Act as the key communication liaison among groups and other departments to keep communication between all parties fluid and collaborative
  • Maintain and gather data input for production and updates of several reports; distribute reports as directed to appropriate Division and Executive managers
  • Lead the event planning and execution process for all departmental events including determining the objective of the event, agenda, participants and location
  • Assist and support in the creation/production/updating of Strategic Planning supporting materials, tracking progress of strategic plan goals and objectives as required
  • Manage and lead the new hire on-boarding program for the department
  • Process expense monthly expense reports and coordinate the Yearly Budget process with the accounting department and management 
  • Complete various office support and administrative duties as needed

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • High school education, plus post-secondary education, or 3-5 years’ in the banking industry 
  • Proven administration skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
