Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
  • Manage calendar and scheduling logistics for the two co-leaders of the organization
  • Track, organize, and coordinate the co-leaders' workstreams
  • Arrange co-leaders' travel and submit expense reports
  • Log co-leaders' emails, calls, and meetings with external stakeholders in customer relationship management database
  • Schedule and manage logistics for regular group meetings including senior leadership team meetings and staff meetings
  • Assist in developing and managing information sharing mechanisms within the Executive Office and senior leadership teams
  • Participate in special projects in support of the Executive Office and Board Management
  • Lead scheduling for quarterly meetings of the Board of Directors and Committee meetings
  • Oversee all Board related logistics including invites and RSVPs, room booking, catering, AV set up, printing, etc.
  • Help develop and manage Board information and documentation systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, as well as external constituents (e.g., donors, social entrepreneurs, assistants, etc.)

Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Possess significant professional experience managing and supporting complex, high-level relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
