A senior consultant of a global firm in Boston, MA is seeking an Executive Assistant to be an integral part of the client team and the company. This is a contract role where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a consultant and the administrative team as a whole. Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
  • Maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally to achieve highest levels of customer service
  • Be a proactive team member focused on key  deliverables and reports
  • Transcribe, edit, proofread and format presentations and other documents
  • Coordinate extensive i meeting schedules, itineraries and travel arrangements
  • Manage financial aspects of search billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing and tracking receivables
  • Update and maintain integrity of confidential and proprietary database, involving data entry of search activity
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency 
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 6-10 years of experience with increasing levels of administrative responsibility, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Direct experience in fast paced, client-facing organizations.
  • Proficient and accurate administrative skills, including typing (65+ wpm), transcription experience, data input, and written and verbal communication
  • Adept in software programs/applications essential to this position including Microsoft Office 2013, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
