Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
  • Oversee daily requirements and act as gatekeeper for the CEO/Executive Producer
  • Responsible for all aspects of artist contract management
  • Provide administrative support for two venues and assist in all phases of the concert booking and producer process
  • Manage phone system, office management and administrative duties, employment recruiting, ad composition and posting, and day to day procedures of the venues
  • Direct liaison between Management Staff of two venues
  • Manage vendor relationships including phone and computer support, IT experience a plus
  • Maintain all office supplies and stationery; evaluate new office products, placing orders, verifying receipt of supplies and approving invoices
  • Edit/proof all marketing materials, emails and websites
  • Responsible for preparing/updating Employee Handbook, riders, venue licensing, etc.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives
  • Must have highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, work well under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Contract management experience and Nuance software experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, FileMaker a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
