Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
  • Manage calendar as well as expense reporting
  • Compose and prepare correspondence
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Document and filing management
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office while demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Coordinate attendance at external meetings (i.e. board, special meetings & events)
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting/editing presentations and correspondence, as well as other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • College degree
  • Professional, polished and mature demeanor
  • Expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Social media savvy
  • Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and board members
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
