A top financial services company in Boston, MA is seeking a Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As the Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Office Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining the office with a focus on the kitchen and its inventory. You will ensure that the kitchen is operating smoothly as well as be a contributor to the hospitality team. This position pays up to $50K – apply today!

Responsibilities for the Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator:
  • Coordinate monthly catering menu
  • Oversee the set-up and break-down of daily catered lunch for approximately 115 employees
  • Manage relationships with outside catering and office supply vendors    
  • Monitor kitchen and office supply inventory
  • Maintenance of all kitchen appliances as well as ensuring the kitchen’ s cleanliness
  • Assist the Office Supervisor to ensure items get ordered correctly/special requests get fulfilled
  • Coordinate all aspects of the building management work order system, including initializing new requests, following up on open work orders, and scheduling of general office maintenance accordingly
  • General upkeep of conference rooms and common areas
Requirements for the Hospitality and Facilities Coordinator:
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • A positive attitude/team player
  • Eagerness to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in facilities, food services or catering a plus
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
