An attorney law firm in Wellesley, MA is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator with management, financial, computer and human resources skills to join their team. As the Firm Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm by maintaining the office, supporting firm employees and ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures. Responsibilities for the Firm Administrator:
  • Responsible for billing, collections, and hiring
  • Train and supervise employees
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Manage filing and file storage
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits
  • Track sick time and PTO and the general welfare of the firm
Requirements for the Firm Administrator:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • Human resource/law office management experience
  • Computer proficiency on MS Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Amicus and Quickbooks a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
