KNF&T seeks two experienced recruiters for our award-winning healthcare client located north of Boston in the Lowell area.  This is a junior role requiring 2 or more years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle and with some exposure to clinical or physician recruitment.  The right candidate is motivated  to join a mission-driven organization and take ownership of the role. You'll recruit for a variety of positions, from accounting, administrative support and clinical to executive level. RESPONSIBILITIES for the HEALTHCARE RECRUITER:
  • Assist in development of staffing goals and strategic planning and process streamlining
  • Keep up on trends in the job market and ensure process adjustments keep pace with competitors for top talent in the healthcare space
  • Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, advertising/posting, screening, qualifying, coaching, interviewing, scheduling, offers, negotiation and deal close
  • Provider recruitment and interview itinerary coordination (physicians & nurse practitioners)
  • Advise and train internal teams on recruitment best practices, interviewing skills and regulatory change
  • Liaise with local technical schools and colleges to attract and pipeline new grads
  • Manage relationships and utilization of outside recruiting agencies
  • Daily updating of ATS and records, and sourcing via social media tools
  • EEO/AA reporting
  • Represent the organization in the job market and at career fairs
REQUIREMENTS for the HEALTHCARE RECRUITER:
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Available  to work full time (40 hours per week)
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior recruiting experience using an ATS or CRM
  • Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant interruptions. Must be able to change gears as the day evolves and re prioritize  as needed
