Our client in Boston, MA is seeking a high energy, organized HR Coordinator to support a high volume Human Resources Department. In this contract role, you will report directly to the HR Operations Director and process data for all new hires ensuring that they have accurate information in the HR Systems. Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator:
  • Maintain accurate data in Talent Acquisition and HR Systems
  • Ensure that a full background screen is completed for all new hires upon hire
  • Key all new hires into our HRMS and enrolls them in the appropriate orientations and trainings
  • Assemble new employee paperwork and inputs information into records and compliance audit database
  • Resolve all BICs errors to ensure that new hires will have system access upon start date
  • Upload documents to OnBase, the electronic employee file system
  • Perform data entry for internal performance metrics
  • Assist Manager and other staff with special projects
  • Assist with and participate in department-wide sponsored events
  • Research issues and provides other support, as appropriate
  • Maintain benefits and other materials in interview rooms
  • Maintain complete working knowledge of all Human Resources policies/service procedures/standards
Requirements for the HR Coordinator:
  • High School Diploma required; additional formal education desirable
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources or customer service setting preferred
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
