Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
  • Advise and support managers in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues
  • Liaison to government agencies (i.e.Department of Labor, EEOC, OSHA)
  • Company representative for HR related litigation
  • Responsible for maintaining competitive and attractive benefit offerings
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the company
  • Prepare and analyze reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Ensure that Compensation and Benefit and others perks are balanced 
  • Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, testing, and selection of employees to fill vacant positions
  • Asses and adjust performance management process to support business goals 
  • Provide regular instructions and access to tools to managers for the daily running of the Employee Performance Management process
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons leading to separation
  • Ensure that clear job descriptions and organizational overview are maintained
  • Design and administrate training programs for employees and managers focusing on hiring and selection process, onboarding, people management and leadership etc.
  • Keep record of employees training and/or certifications
  • Report in cooperation with finance on defined HR KPIs
  • Run annual pay review and ensure that company's pay for performance values are adhered to
Requirements for the HR Manager:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience as HR Manager or equivalent from widely distributed service organizations
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
