A small healthcare firm in Boston, MA is seeking a mid-level HRIS Analyst to join their team. The HRIS Analyst supports one or more of the following: PeopleSoft, Taleo, Kronos, ServiceNow and other HR systems. General responsibilities include production support; implementation and systems upgrades; systems and business analysis; documenting business processes and systems requirements; designing future business processes and systems requirements; and systems configuration and systems testing. Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst:
  • Facilitate the development of end-user requirements; document such requirements and work with technical staff to implement these requirements
  • Participate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Assist with the configuration of existing new partners applications
  • Enhance existing components of PeopleSoft, Taleo, Kronos, or ServiceNow (New queries, reports, etc.)
  • Implement third-party products to work with partners applications and apply and test fixes
  • Work as a member of a team of functional and technical systems analysts working with and supporting operational units in the usage of HR systems
  • Work on special projects

Requirements HRIS Analyst:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience business analyst and/or Human Resources departments
  • Contribute as a team player, sharing information willingly and accurately
  • Work independently with limited supervision
  • Take initiative in presenting and contributing to the resolution of complex issues
  • Experience with HR is beneficial
  • Training or experience with systems requirements analysis and design is beneficial
  • Experience with relational databases is beneficial
  • General experiences with interfaces is beneficial
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
