Hours for the Health Insurance Customer Representative:
  • Monday-Friday, 8: 45am-5: 00pm

Responsibilities for the Health Insurance Customer Representative:
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from providers within established timeframes
  • Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to appropriate team member for claim adjustment
Requirements for the Health Customer Service Representative:
  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in a healthcare/insurance environment
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and ability to master internal computer applications
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
