Responsibilities for the Healthcare Recruiter:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals 
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post positions, and screen candidates 
  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment and interview process
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR
  • Develop relationships with medical schools and other training programs for medical staff
  • Maintain and manage relationship with hiring managers and staffing agencies
  • Initiate or coordinate reference and background checks and credentialing process
Requirements for the Healthcare Recruiter:
  • Expertise in using a variety of recruitment techniques and tools
  • 5 years of experience working within a health care and corporate environment
  • Ability to do some travel
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
