Compensation: Up to $60K

Responsibilities for the Human Resources Benefits Administrator:
  • Set up drug and background screenings
  • Mail welcome cards to new hires
  • Verify I-9, including E-Verify
  • Assist and conduct Orientation of new hires
  • Assist new hires with onboarding HR Metrics and Analytics
  • Assist HR Staff with reporting functions related to recruitment, benefits, retention, and other areas
  • Compile data and identify trends/issues
  • Pull data from HRIS and assist in analyzing results
  • Assist Recruiter with coordination of on-site interviews, travel itinerary, and intern events
  • Generate offer letters and other new hire paperwork
  • Assist with the onboarding of temporary agency staff, including compiling, reviewing and collecting policies
  • Assist employees with questions
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Review/edit benefit invoices
  • Input changes in HRIS
  • Manage paperwork for internal changes, such as Promotion Letters, Change in Status Forms, and other documentation
  • Assist HR team with uploading employee documents into HRIS

Requirements for the Human Resources Benefits Administrator:
  • Bachelor’ s degree program majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related business area of study or related experience
  • Proficiency in computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, both in written and oral communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills and customer service skills
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment 
  • Database experience preferred
  • HRIS experience is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
