Our prominent healthcare client in Woburn, MA is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner:
  • Advise assigned department leadership and staff on HR organizational issues to promote a high performance, values-based and effective organizational culture
  • Collaborate with leaders at all levels to identify and execute key opportunities to impact business priorities and demonstrate the value HR contributes
  • Develop strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and peers and becomes known as the 'go to' person for HR support within the assigned areas
  • Work across multiple department and functions, as appropriate, to solve complex Human Resources issues
  • Work closely with the CHRO and legal team, provides guidance, coaching and direction to physician and administrative leaders regarding employee relations and the corrective action process
  • Serve as a benefits resource for new hires and current staff in assigned departments

Requirements for the Human Resources Business Partner:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • At least 10 years related work experience req neutral partner between manager and physician/employee to assist with resolution of issues
  • Experience using WorkDay highly preferred.
  • Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
